Description Of Work:
Case removed and replaced the outdoor window framing on several windows. They also fixed/replaced several rotted planks on the deck, including stairs.

I searched for a company to do some work on my parents house. The items included removing, fixing, and replacing many outside wood window frames that had rotted. Also, removing, fixing, and replacing many boards on their deck, including the stairs. Many companies flat out did not want to do the window work. I called Case and spoke with Linda who was very helpful and friendly. They sent a representative out to look at the projects and began work soon after. My parents would like to note that the people working on their house were extremely friendly, helpful, and did an amazing job. My mom can't say enough good things about them. Thank you very much for your professionalism and hard work, the windows and deck look wonderful. I would recommend this company 100%.
